Year in Review
Only one weekend remains for the 2011 box office. I was privileged to see over 60 of the films released by the studios and independents this year and have begun compiling a list of each one I saw and ranking them. I still have a few I’d like to watch before I release my final rankings, but as the Oscars grow nearer, you can expect to see the list. Until then, I post this graphic with...
New Life Goal:
Go to Thailand during Loi Krathong. Its so beautiful on a computer screen. I can’t imagine what it would be like in the flesh.
Just an update. My grandfather is doing well. His heart was apparently out of rhythm which caused the heart attack symptoms. They fixed the problem and are keeping him for 24 hours to make sure the problem is not recurring.
One week of sophomore year remaining!
Hi all. If you could say a prayer for my grandpa and our family right now that’d be wonderful. Just got word that he is in an ambulance on the way to the hospital with symptoms of a heart attack. I really wish I was home with him and everyone right now. Because of school I haven’t gotten to see him since August.

Just broke down crying...
This video my sister made for my graduation has two songs in it that my mom picked out. They manage to make me break down every time I watch. I miss my family.
Goodbye gaming days.
So…I suppose part of growing up means that I never play video games anymore. It was hard for me to do it, but I sold my Xbox. I simply never used it for its purpose anymore. It was just a music and movie streaming device to me. I used the money I got from selling it to pick up an AppleTV. Does the same exact things I need but more seamlessly and I don’t have to pay the dang $50 a year...

The Hunger Games Official Trailer
I WILL REBLOG THIS LIKE THERE’S NO F*ING TOMORROW
FOREVER REBLOG. I’ve been waiting TOO LONG!
Now this is what you call a trailer! That other thing they had with Katniss running in the woods, NOTHING. I’m even more excited for the movie now. And I like how they didn’t show much in the arena. They keep it...

America's Best Downtowns →
Of the country’s big city downtowns, Chicago’s relatively compact zone in and around what’s known as “The Loop,” wins hands down for being the most accessible, pedestrian-friendly and varied in its offerings. Within a two-mile radius, visitors and residents alike can visit some of the world’s best restaurants, lounge in a resplendently outfitted urban park, visit world-class art museums, shop...

There are 215 of them.
What do I even do with them?
Would I even get paid a lot for them?
meh.
Sell them on etsy.com. You may not make loads of money but you’ll make a decent amount. I’ve seen artists there buy them up because they want to make jewelry and such out of the tokens.

Its been a decade since I became a part of this...
Its rather odd actually how suddenly everything changed. I grew up in my own little bubble. At 8:46am on 9/11/2001, I was sitting in my fourth grade classroom. If I remember correctly we were going over a spelling test or something of the sort. They made an announcement over the loudspeakers that a plane had crashed into one of the Twin Towers in New York City. To most nine year olds, this meant...
